How to locate us
Primary Clinic (Des Moines)
Our main office is conveniently located at 4217 University Ave in Des Moines. When arriving, please look for the main entrance at the front of the building.
Ample parking is available in the lot directly adjacent to the clinic. If you have trouble finding us, please give us a call and we will gladly guide you in.
Secondary Location (Grimes)
We also operate out of the Inspiring Dance facility located at 2340 SE 3rd St in Grimes. Please enter through the main dance studio doors.
Once inside, let the front desk know you are there for a physical therapy appointment, and they will direct you to our dedicated treatment space within the building.
