Clarity Session (90 min)
Map your symptoms, stressors, and patterns. Identify the few levers that will change the most. -
Your Plan (4-12 sessions (or personalized for you)
A simple, tailored plan: nervous-system resets, targeted PT work, and small daily actions. -
Integration & Progress
Weekly, bi-weekly and then monthly sessions for talking, hands-on therapy, posture & movements, troubleshooting, and win-stacking without overwhelm.
